All Fulbright scholars and ETAs were invited to Taipei to attend the official National Day (10/10) celebration. This would be the equivalent to being invited to the 4th of July party at the White House. My pictures barely do it justice, but know that I felt entirely overwhelmed and horribly under-qualified to be at such a gathering.
